A New Year

Welcome to 2011 everyone!  I hope it’s a year filled with happiness, love, travel, yoga, dance, good food, and good friends.  Here’s to New Beginnings!

Something I’ve started doing more are Spin Classes.  They are great during this time of year, if it’s too chilly to actually take your bike out, or go for a run.  I know I don’t really want to risk slipping on ice.  .  The ones I started going to are a combination of riding and Yoga.  It feels so good after biking hard and really pushing yourself then to enjoy the endorphin rush with the calming balance of Yoga.  It feels amazing.
